epic fail?

why do most people fail?

A question seldom asked but everybody has the answer.

Why do some fail in their marketing endeavors online.

Don't believe everything you read or hear. As someone wanting to learn how to make money, it's around you everywhere, you just don't notice it.

One of the reasons I see is, no unity, every new individuals are grabbing the first thing that comes down the pike because it's free. But most are outdated and they don't have a clue.

I believe one of the usual reasons why people fail online is that they think making money online is easy. When they get faced with challenges such as lack of knowledge about technical stuff say how to setup weblogs (which is not too technical but you don't know how many still find it hard to do), paying for domain name registration and hosting, and posting quality content on their blogs regularly for a long period of time, they walk away with frustration.

Using online marketing as a tool to get leads for your services/products is not a one-click thing. It requires knowledge, resources, and patience.

The reason a lot of people fail is because they firstly fail to plan. They do not sit down and write a business plan. They do not do the required amount of research. And they also do not give their business time to get going and to work.

People fail because of the all those "Make a Million dollars in a month by doing nothing" ads. Those fill peoples heads with so much crap. A lot of people don't take the time to learn some of the most important tools of online marketing. Like a sales letter for instance, people fail because they don't know how to create a sales letter that will stir peoples emotions. What motivates a person to buy is based on their emotions.

A Failure to Plan is a Plan to Fail. Although, this is a massively abused cliché, it is true nonetheless. To achieve success with an online business you must have a strategic plan and must set targets over various time-frames. Get a sheet of paper and a felt tip marker, and write down in bold letters exactly what your objective is: “I Want To Earn Enough This year to Buy a New Dream House”, or “I Want To Leave The Day Job By Christmas”. Stick in a prominent place where you see it every day.

Set targets for your year, each month and each week. Have a daily list of tasks to be completed to enable you to meet these targets. Review your plan and your targets, and make changes to suit progress: IF YOU FALL BEHIND, THEN WORK LONGER HOURS.

I think one of the main reasons people fail is that they don't put enough time into it. Trying to make money is a job, and just like any job, you have to work at it full-time in order to succeed. Many people think that making money online is easy and it therefore won't require more than a couple hours a day, if even that much. In reality, if you are only working a few hours a day you are just doing a part time job and you can't expect to earn that much money from a part time job. It takes a lot of time and hard work to get started in online money making and it takes a long time to build up a passive income before you can start reducing the time you put into it and still make good money.

I think most people fail online because they try to transfer the principles of traditional business into online one. But online business has a lot of peculiarities.

avoid scams

how to identify and avoid scams!

There are some sites out there that will try to SCAM YOU! Please consider the following points to avoid the scam sites,

1. Research the site before joining/investing.

2. Check the site age, search it in search engine before joining/investing.

3. Visit their forum before joining/investing.

as they might close before you reach the minimum payout.

4. Don't invest in any sites which is less than 2 months old. In fact, avoid pay sites as much as possible.

Online programs are highly risky. Avoid those that require you to invest.

I personally had paid such sites and wasted my money. You have to start making money with nothing. The best way of this method is affiliate marketing. You just have to choose any product to promote and there are many simple ways to promote them for free. Clickbank is a great market place for that. You just have to learn from a successful affiliate how to earn money for nothing.

Again be careful. And best of luck

A lot of sites will get bad reviews because some average joe buys a product saying it will make him $10,000 a month. He then sits around and does nothing to promote the product and then calls it a scam because he does not magically make money. Research what you are buying and realize that you will not get rich over night. Apply the valuable information you receive and be patient and you will find that many paid sites contain very good information. *As well as free ones ;)

Also if you do end up making a website and need traffic realize there are lots of free ways to advertise, forums and blogs are good, free online, ad sites.

Simple Due Diligence Investigations To Avoid Grief Before You Join!

Best way to find information about the website is doing a search typing the website name with scam or website name with review in the search engine like google, yahoo and bing. Looking for reviews on search engines is good but you really have to make sure the person doing the review is not an affiliate marketer for that service or website. Many times affiliates will make their own review pages and of course they are going to make their product sound good

Avoid all sites that only accept money orders or western union as payment methods, these are absolute scams.

I would really just search online about a site or a program before I use it and see what everyone else is saying about it.

social marketing

Social Marketing

Although social marketing has been around for some years it existed by virtue of the evolution of technology & society and is a by product thereof. Social marketing in a simplistic sense is marketing a product or service by way of telling your ‘friends’ (i.e. your Facebook, Twitter or Myspace network), initially it was an avenue slightly unorthodox in nature as it would be stereotypical of a ‘salesperson’ to provide exceptional ‘deals’ to friends & family opposed to inducing a full price purchase from them.

Now days it is the norm to extend invitations to these networks of extended ‘friends’ or as they would appear ‘business associates’ to read a Blog, try a product, basically to check out something new. Ultimately, the aim of these mass communications is to drive traffic into every corner of the web at light speed; by contrast, an ‘old school’ approach would be to design a large advertising campaign, getting the word out through various mediums at an escalating cost.

It was destined for social marketing to become the initial means to spread word of products and services, the cost is virtually nil and any measurable cost is a ‘virtual’ one i.e. the time to create and the space it uses up; did you ever think that we would be using ‘time & space’ to explain a ‘virtual’ concept when those words engender the theme of the theory of relativity – it’s all relative.

Never the less, social marketing has further evolved to be coupled with the old school marketing campaign yet toned down to reduce costs. Where a tweet or comment was once a communication which only value was intrinsic to that of the person initiating the communication it is now a vital first step in the race to drive traffic and induce sales. This is a win-win situation as driving traffic is of great benefit as is any sales; just as evidence of a storm is discernable days after it has passed, the scattered effect of social marketing can be seen all over the web. It’s a matter of getting your communication into the information stream, once it’s in it can end up anywhere and everywhere.

Social Marketing is my very favorite way to introduce myself, my standards, and
my promotions. When people get to know your motives, and your intentions
they can then judge for themselves if you might be a person that they want to
do business with. I have been online now for many years, and most of my success
is from building trust in others who are seeking to earn money. Since I have now found the best method of receiving lots of money, it is my goal to share it with others who are struggling and searching for the same. Not as a business or organization, but just plain ole people helping people. There is nothing more rewarding.

It would seem that one reason for this sudden explosion in Twitter Marketing would be the current economic client, forcing smaller businesses to look for more cost effective marketing, recruitment outlets and customer service. And it seems that Twitter is starting to work for them.

Social Marketing is great, provided you are selling a product or trying to introduce yourself. I think that a lot of social markets (is that what they would be called? Not too sure..) like Twitter are way too saturated as it is to get a product out initially. Everywhere I look, I see bots following me looking to sell me a product or make me click a link. It's definitely the best advertising strategy I've ever seen. [/sarcasm] Ruins it for the rest of us.

I've had some very good results when marketing to other places like Facebook, you just either have to be very covert about your methods or very out-right about your product. "Fan pages" are brilliant ways, for a number of reasons.

Then again, you can always add in the viral aspect of social marketing that makes it even more brilliant. :)

where to start making money?

Where to start making money onlineand how much!

OK, some of you out there are quite new and feel a little overwhelmed with all of these different sites people talk about and programs, frankly you don't know where to start.

- How much money can you make online?

- How do I receive payment? Is it through Paypal or can I ask for it in the mail?

- Where is the easiest place for a beginner such as myself to start making money online?

- Also with GPT programs, I do not want to recieve a bunch of junk in the mail, can I avoid this?

- I am under 18 years old, will this be a problem on any sites?

The amount of money you can make online depends entirely on how much time you spend on it and what methods you use. You can usually get paid through either method.

I would say it is best to start with paid surveys, if you are under 18.
For GPTs, they don't usually send junk mail. Junk email and telemarketing calls on the other hand are very common.

- How much money can you make online each month if you don't mind me asking?
As much as you are willing to work for. There is no limit, but it isn't easy either just like offline if you work hard and smart you can make any amount of money.

- How do I recieve payment? Is it through Paypal or can I ask for it in the mail?
It varies from site to site and every so often there's a new bunch coming around, but at the moment the most popular are paypal, alertpay, strict pay and a few others I can't recall right now. They're free to open an account with so you can basically have all of them set up. Also, many REAL programs will be happy to send you a check too.

- Where is the easiest place for a beginner such as myself to start making money online?
Get paid to (GPT) sites are free to join and make a few bucks. It's rare to make a living off of those since most people never get enough referrals, but it's a great starting point while you learn about other things.

- Are there any helpful guides/websites/posts that you recommend I should take a look at that might help me out?
My advice would be to find a person that's making a living online (careful as many say they do...) and follow their path. I did it that way and people are more than happy to guide me since they earn a referral commission in most cases. Without a good mentor I doubt I could've gotten to where I'm at now since I've been scammed many times before, it just makes things easier.

- Also with GPT programs, I do not want to receive a bunch of junk in the mail, can I avoid this?
I've been with a few GPTs and am still active with them. I've never really received any real mail (you better have a separate email account though...), but I've gotten a couple of phone calls. Usually if you just tell them you want to be removed from their database they won't call any more though.

- I am under 18 years old, will this be a problem on any sites?
Your age usually doesn't matter when you're doing business online. Especially if you're joining programs instead of starting your own. There are often residence restrictions, but if you're in the U.S. it shouldn't be a problem...

There are some scams out there. You need to be really careful to avoid such companies.

You can also try for Affiliate Programs. You can register to different affiliate programs and chose the products that you want to market. You do not need a website, the affiliate program will provide you with a link and you will earn commission on any sales made through that link. You can advertise the link for free through articles and forums.

Your income will depend on the time you are ready to spend being on the net and the quality of work. So don't be upset when you get less then you wanted to be. I guess that all of us had some problems before. Go Luck!

the fastest way to make money!

What is the fastest way of making money online?

The fastest way for me to make money online was adsense. I created a blog, picked a topic and wrote about 4 times a month on the blog. I added a few affiliate links here and there, along with 2 adsense units. Adsense converted better and quicker. This won't happen over night, but at the same time, it wont take 6 months either. Just be consistent, have patience, and test, test, test.

It is easier for some people to make money online than others, in that they are passionate about the work they do. In addition to this, they advertise heavily and constantly. For instance an advertisement made six months ago is still selling faster than when the advert was placed in the media.

Finally, they sought the target an audience they intended to sell their products to, before they marketed the product.

Most people join up with sites and programs and expect way too much for too little. When they don't see results right away, they give up. If you're going to succeed you have to put in a lot of work and give it time.

Getting all the information you can is very important. One of the biggest things you could do is get involved with someone that has experience and let them personally help you along the way.

You wouldn't just jump in a car and start driving on the freeway, you'd have someone that has experience show you how. Same goes for being successful, be it online or elsewhere.

Making a lot of money online is possible but requires a lot of effort too. Don't expect to make massive cash early on..Its all about determination and not giving up when you dont succeed. Some people might have more knowledge or money though, but that doesn't mean you can't learn and earn money too.

be patient dude!

patience

How do you find the determination to keep going? After you have written a load of articles and blogs and NOTHING has happened, what then? Do you just keep going blindly or set some kind of time limit?

Hang in there!

Everyone and his dog has a blog at the moment, but there are still relatively few success stories about blogging out there. I am sure by now you will have heard of a couple of serious blogging money making machines, but as there are two blogs created every second, there is also a terrifying amount of false information out there.

Blog about something you are actually interested in. If you are not interested in online marketing or online business in general than you will get bored easily. Just keep working on those back links. A lot of members compete with each other for keywords and in certain niches and unless you get REALLY lucky (and some people do), you have to go through the SEO process: back links, social bookmarking, pinging, link exchanges, etc.

Tried 12 different kinds of stores before we finally found the right one and I still don't know why the others failed and this one works. Keep trying and it will come in the end.

If you love what you are doing you’ll never get tired or bored, have patience and things will go well for you, sometimes great things happen when we feel like giving up…

What is the best way to do link backs?
I really believe that with strength of mind, you can make things happen. Just keep on trying, if the strategy you did before did not do well then try to think of a way out to solve it… change your method… just keep on trying and eventually you will learn a few tricks here and there and slowly learn what it takes!

An affiliate marketing business is like any other business you might want to start. It takes planning, time and some money as well as a lot of hard work and determination.

I would suggest you set some kind of daily limit at least however, as I of all people know how easy it is to obsess over something and work at it 24/7 - it can consume you.

I was skeptical at first about making money from home but than discovered it doesn't hurt to try as long as you aren't really paying anything. Now I try anything and everything and have had success with a few programs. I am very thankful to be able to work from home.

perceptions of what an online business is…

perception of making money online...

I just wanted to take a few moments to share something that might be able to really help anyone who is struggling with the whole concept of making money online and from home.

I've been an online marketer and money maker for over 2 years and I've made money in a variety of different programs. Something I recently learned really opened my eyes to why so many people are not making money or bouncing around from all different kinds of programs...and that is this...

People's perceptions about making money will cause and lead them to making no money at all. Limited believes about making money will get you limited income every time.

A lot of people put labels on making money but at the end of the day it all boils down to "money." And either you are making it or you are not.

It doesn't matter whether it's mlm, network marketing, cash gifting, affiliate marketing, direct sales, etc....

The bottom line is you have to learn exactly how to make money and how to do so consistently. It's like anything we want to learn how to do in life...we have to take the time and surround ourselves with knowledge that will teach us "how to."

I notice all over the internet that newbies are told to "not invest" money and to only join free programs. I was once a newbie myself and I would not be where I am today if I had listened to that kind of advice. I've invested into my success from day one and it's paid off wonderfully!

Entrepreneurs understand that investing is part of business ownership.

Whether you are struggling, a total newbie, or looking to expand your business and income, don't allow your perceptions to ruin opportunities to make money and build your business.

KEEPING KIDNEYS HEALTHY

There are do’s and do not's with kidney health. If you want to keep your kidneys strong and healthy here is what you should be consuming on a daily basis:
• Onions
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Cranberries
• Apples
• Kidney beans

Here is what you should NOT be consuming daily:
• Excessive alcohol intake
• Excessive protein (taking too many shakes, bars and supplements)
• Excessive caffeine
• Excessive salt

These are just my opinions. You should do your own research when trying anything on this site.
